'The resort was great, driving on the unpaved road was unexpected, but that area was not one to driving at night. Blue hills and conch shack was great but in a taxi not a rented vehicle. We never saw the restaurant open but there wasn’t many families there so understandable. Renting a car was only way to go. Sea grass was all over the beach but maybe seasonal!? But snorkeling was good several hounded meters down beach. '

Views are breathtaking. Breeze is constant so you dont get hot. Beaches are very close. Not crowded like grace bay and just as beautiful. We were within walking distance to Sapodilla Beach and Las Brisas restaurant (ate there twice). We spent several days over at Grace Bay which was amazing but had to deal with some scary drivers. 'We loved our stay at this amazing beach villa. The house was wonderful and had plenty of room for 3 separate families. The upstairs deck is where we would enjoy our coffee each morning and the beach is truly incredible. Perfect water for kids. Julian was great to work with for the check in process and was happy to answer any questions we had. There are vendors pretty close by that play music through the day and sometimes that could be a little off putting, but the tci bar makes amazing fresh...

'It is a beautiful property, you and your family or freinds will feel like you are alone in an oasis. By far my family was thrilled with the pool, this was the congregation area for everyone. The principal part of the house was also wonderful, breakfast, lunches and dinners were made all the more special thanks to the open design. Rooms were huge and the bathrooms were especially large and modern. Beach access was a short walk and that stretch of beach was pretty quiet and we had it to ourselves...
