'Hospitality was 10/10. Mikel was amazing. The staff would come help you before you could even ask. Amenities weren’t the best. On site items were pricey. WiFi was spotty. Food and drink options limited. Beach was nice, it’s a 5 min walk without the beach shuttle service. '

'Neptune Villas was an amazing place to stay in Turks and Caicos. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach—and the whole area feels peaceful, beautiful, and quiet. Our villa had its own little pool, which was a great spot to relax after being out in the sun. The full kitchen was stocked with all the utensils we needed to cook, and the extra amenities made our beach days so much easier. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and a place I’d happily return to.'

'no they did not leave enough towels for us. They left enough for 2 people and we were 3. When we called for additional towels they never brought them up. Also the room had no ventilation, there was no way for our wet clothes bathing suits to dry. It was really difficult. Lastly, they did not clean our room properly, the floors were sandy and dirty. The front desk was not very helpful with questions. '

'The location of the property is great. Beautiful beach and close to everything. The furnitures in the unit are in good condition and aesthetically pleasing. 'This is a gem of a hotel! The pick you up and bring you to the airport, besides that they have a shuttle service to the town en beach. The people of the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful.
The room is immaculately clean and comfortable, with a bed never to step out again. The have netflix with I think unlimited excess to a zillion hours of television. There is a coffee machine, microwave, fridge.

'This property is beautiful. The pool is crystal clear, the staff was incredibly friendly and whatever detergent they use smelled fresh and clean thought the whole unit.
