'There were a few pleasant staff members, but overall, the service and experience were extremely disappointing. The cost of this resort does not justify the experience or level of service we received.
We encountered numerous issues during our stay, including extremely loud and leaking AC, a malfunctioning screen door, water dripping from the ceiling, an unpleasant bathroom odour, no hair conditioner, and a sticky, dirty hair dryer. The robes were stained and worn, and we were only given one robe...

'The property and room were excellent. Very clean and well kept. Housekeeping was also very good. I felt very safe while on the property. The tv programming and quality was terrible. The broadcast would frequently break up and premium channels like Cinemax had long commercials. You couldn’t mirror your phone onto the tv to watch movies. Also they should have been more forthcoming with the fact that all of the “included” water sports could be unavailable due to the ocean conditions. We couldn’t...

'⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
COMO Parrot Cay delivered exactly what we were looking for: peace, privacy, and the opportunity to truly disconnect.
What made this stay unforgettable was the people. We have stayed at many wonderful hotels around the world, but this was one of the very few where we learned and remembered the names of so many team members because of the genuine care they showed every single day. Thank you to Leo, Alex, Ugyen, Yoga, Om, Valerio, Punami, and Claribel. You made us feel welcomed, cared for,...

'What an incredible experience! My wife, my son, and I truly had the time of our lives at Ambergris Cay. We’ve traveled to some beautiful places, but this island is definitely something special.
Everything was amazing, from the beautiful beaches and incredible accommodations to the food and the outstanding service. But what really made our vacation unforgettable was the staff.
A very special thank you to Jose, GK, Captain Kyle, Monita, and Pablo. What an amazing group of people! Everyone was so...

'Great place for couples looking for privacy and romance. Jerome at the Cove bar is just excellent! Kiki at the front desk is just super helpful. And Artie, our driver, was just as warm and friendly as he could be.
The view from our villa was disappointing. As this is a terrible time of year for the Atlantic Ocean. Tons of seaweed. But have no fear, the other side of the island is a different ocean that is as clear and beautiful as humanly possible. The food is amazing. The staff was...
