'Very nice place and clean. Is a bit far from cbd so Ubered in mostly which was $15-$22. No nearby supermarkets and the convenience store nearby had very high prices. We did use the kitchen to cook our own meals during our stay which was nice. '

'I booked it and then about 24 hours later they emailed me that the office closes at 4. I requested after hour checkin process. I didn’t hear anything for 12 hours and only received “call us urgently”. When I called the phone provided, no one answered. They finally called me after 8 PM and blamed me for poor communication and accused me of not calling! Zero focus on the customer and worse communication. '

'Well appointed, spacious accommodation with thoughtful touches. The bed is comfortable, shower is great and the tv is smart with streaming compatibility. The check in process was not smooth as the unique pin email was not received. Contacting the manager of the accommodation was difficult, however sorted in the end. It is a bit misleading to have images of the esplanade lagoon when it is 3km away from the accommodation.'
