The condo presents an inviting open plan lounge dining area, along with a fully equipped self-contained kitchenette. A spacious bedroom on the upper mezzanine, complete with an en suite bathroom, ensures comfort and privacy.

Moreover, you can relish the pleasure of a 3 private balconies, one that overlooks the lush tropical gardens. To cater to our guests` connectivity needs, unlimited free wifi is also provided.

Additionally, for added convenience, there is a single fold out sofa bed available for use in the downstairs area. Please be aware that guests utilizing this option will need to share the en suite bathroom located upstairs.

Please note, this is a self-serviced stay designed for your privacy and comfort. If you`d like additional housekeeping during your visit, we’re happy to arrange it for an extra fee — just let us know in advance, as it’s available upon request.

Check-In Form & ID: All guests are required to complete a check-in form and present valid ID upon arrival. This is for security and registration purposes. Please answer the pre-booking questions truthfully to ensure the space suits your needs, and carefully read the check-in instructions that will be sent before your arrival.

Please note that we provide a starter amenity kit that includes a few essentials for your convenience, but for longer stays, you may need to go shopping to re-stock.

No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unregistered visitors are permitted inside the property.

This property has a strict no party, no smoking, and no pet policy. Any breach will result in immediate cancellation or eviction.

Check-In Process: We offer an in-person meet and greet at check-in. Please confirm an arrival time prior to 6 PM. For arrivals after this time, late check-in may be arranged at an additional cost, but please confirm with us before booking.

Check-out is before 10:00 AM. Unauthorised late check outs may incur a fee. Please follow the check out instructions sent to you and make sure you are familiar with where to leave your keys.

Guests may be charged for additional housekeeping if the property requires extra cleaning time.

Guests will be charged for replacing lost keys or fobs as well as a call-out fee, if required.

Any smoking inside the property will result in charges to have the property professionally deodorised and furniture and carpets steam cleaned.

Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is firm. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined. We are happy to provide documentation to your travel insurance company to help expedite your claim.
