All 4 bedrooms are spacious, air conditioned and have ceiling fans, screened windows and wardrobes. This spacious house can comfortably sleep up to 8 people. Features four bedrooms, including one king bed, two queen beds and two single beds. Plus, there's a sofa bed in the living room if you need it.

There are 3 TV's at the house with Stan and Netflix.

Main BEDROOM comes with a king size bed, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with shower. The other bathroom is also beautifully appointed with a shower and good sized bath.

Fully equipped kitchen has quality appliances.
Office space with free WiFi.

LIVING area opens to a large covered patio, perfect to enjoy the tropics outdoors. It is just a few steps to the lovely pool surrounded by deck (pool is safely separated from terrace by pool fence).

There is a baby cot and high chair available for guests to use.

Located in a quiet and friendly Kewarra Beach (Cairns Northern Beaches), it is a short walk to a local café, shops, medical centre and bus stop, a few minutes’ drive to five amazing beaches, 15 minutes to airport and 20 minutes to Cairns. And 5 minutes drive to the beach front.

AMENITIES
We provide a generous amount of amenities as a "start up" for your stay. You will need to provide your own after that.

LINEN/TOWELS
Our linen is hotel quality and professional cleaned. Each guest is provided 1 bath towel and 1 pool towel. We also provide hand towels, face washers, bathmats and tea towels.

BAG STORAGE
Bag storage before or after your stay is not available, but we can give you some suggestions after booking, please ask if you require details.

Guests will have access entire house.
Noise detector has been installed outside to ensure respect for our neighbours. Thank you for your cooperation.

We are available to get in contact with through the Airbnb app. Between 8am and 6 pm.

A car is highly recommended, but public transport is easily accessible if you are happy to allow for extra travel time. Pick ups by most of the tour operations can also be arranged.

From Cairns International Airport- Exit the airport service road and turn right onto the main highway(Captain Cook). Keep going straight thru several roundabouts following signs to Port Douglas/Mossman until you get to Kewarra Beach(Just after Trinity Beach).

HOUSE RULES We aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible. For us to do so we would appreciate you following the house rules. These rules are a condition of your occupancy. Check-in is after 3pm, Check-out is 10am. Please respect our property and leave it as you found it, clean and tidy. No smoking inside the property. Dogs allowed, please inform us at the time of booking. If evidence of smoking or pets without approval are found, charges for extra cleaning fees will apply. We take no responsibility for any loss or damage to property or injury or death to occupant, guest or invitee. No unregistered guests allowed. Maximum number of guests must not exceed property information for maximum guest numbers. No parties or events permitted. Please respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum before 7am and after 10pm. If a complaint is received you will receive a message via the booking platform, then a phone call. Failure to comply with reducing noise may lead to immediate eviction. Please take out rubbish before you check out, location of bins are provided in your checkout instructions. Please ensure all dishes and kitchenware are washed and returned to cupboards, fridge cleaned out. Please take care of your keys/access cards. If you lock yourself out a callout fee will be incurred. If the keys/access card are lost or taken with you on your departure, a replacement fee will be incurred. No drugs or illegal substances allowed on the premises. Please take care of the furnishings. Guests are responsible to pay for damage or breakages. Any damage/breakages to be reported to the host before checkout. Any alteration to the booking must be made by the guest via the booking platform. Internet connectivity varies from property to property, depending on location, weather and unforeseen events. We are unable to remedy technical issues outside of our control. We do not refund for problems such as plumbing, electrical, Wifi not working, light globes blown or gas, etc. Any issues identified by the occupant must be communicated to the host and will be attended to as soon as practically possible. At times, when the property is occupied, maintenance specialists are required to attend to their regular maintenance schedule, i.e. lawns and pools. Any breach of the above rules will permit us to cancel or terminate a booking. Refunds will not be paid on terminated bookings. Our cancellation policy is firm and we highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined. We are happy to provide documentation to your travel insurance company to help expedite your claim. Our team is available from 8am to 6pm to help during your stay. Family stay at Myalup close

8 people stayed 11days. Family aged from 74-5 so hard to please everyone. The pool was the initial attraction. It proved a hit with the children but way to difficult for the oldies to enter & exit. The layout of the house worked well & we mostly ate at home … either bbq or easily prepared meals after a long day out. Kitchen had more than enough utensils etc. At first we were astounded at the distance from Cairns but it worked out ok as a lot of our outings were northern based. We would recommend this home for family stays.

Family Time Bliss in Kewarra

We loved our stay in Kewarra. Great set of shops at the end of the street and the beach a 20 minute walk away. Pool a little bit hard to access if you are not fit and nimble but overall a great outside area and house with everything you need.
