The Space:

The entry leads into an open living area made for simple relaxation after exploring Cairns, where you can settle into the lounge for a movie on the Smart TV while letting the coastal air drift through.



The kitchenette is compact yet thoughtfully equipped with a stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, mini fridge, and Nespresso, making it easy to prepare simple meals and coffee before heading out on reef adventures. A dining table for four offers an ideal setting to enjoy meals together with friends.



The balcony’s seating for two overlooks the marina and offers an easy spot for slow sunrise moments or an evening drink as boats return to harbour. When you feel like unwinding outdoors, the shared pool provides sun loungers for long, lazy afternoons or a refreshing dip, while the spa and gym round out the resort-style facilities and give you plenty of ways to relax or recharge between outings.



The bedroom provides a peaceful retreat, featuring a king bed, blackout blinds, a ceiling fan, and ample wardrobe storage. Although the bedroom TV is not a Smart TV, it’s ideal for winding down with a simple show before drifting off. The bathroom provides essential comforts with quality toiletries and a clean, modern layout. A private washer and dryer make longer stays effortless.



Year-round comfort is ensured with central air conditioning and heating. While there is no on-site parking, you’re within walking distance of Cairns’ top attractions, including Rusty’s Markets, the Cairns Art Gallery, the Esplanade Lagoon and a wide range of renowned dining spots. For further travel, the nearest bus stop is about a 12-minute walk away.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourselves and access to the resort's shared facilities including a pool, day spa, and gym. Please make yourselves at home.

Perfectly positioned beside the Cairns Marina, the apartment places you right at the edge of the city’s most vibrant waterfront experiences. Within a short stroll, discover celebrated dining spots such as Salt House, Vitalia's, Piato Mediterranean, Waterbar & Grill, Dundees on the Waterfront, Ochre and more. The nearby casino adds further restaurants and entertainment just across the precinct.



A seven-minute walk along the boardwalk brings you to the Esplanade Lagoon, a free saltwater swimming oasis ideal for morning laps or cooling off at sunset, while Hemingway’s Brewery offers craft beer with sweeping views of the water. Rusty’s Markets, the Cairns Art Gallery, the Aquarium and the Museum are all comfortably walkable. With reef tours departing only moments from your door, exploring Cairns unfolds entirely on foot and at your own pace.



Getting Around:

Parking: Please note that the apartment does not come with free parking spot. However, there are paid off-site parking options available nearby.



Airport: 10 minutes by car, or 20 minutes by bus (including a 8-minute walk).



Public Transport: 8-minute walk to the nearest bus stop.

Keys are to be collected from “4 U Mart,” located on the corner of Wharf St and Marlin Prd. If you’re arriving after 10pm, please let us know so we can arrange an alternative pickup.
