The layout includes a one-bedroom studio and a main one-bedroom apartment. The studio can be configured with either two single beds or a king bed upon request, allowing for flexibility to suit your group.

The main apartment features open-plan living and dining areas, complete with a smart TV in the lounge, air-conditioning, and a full kitchen equipped with a stainless steel fridge and freezer, cooktop, oven, and dishwasher. The studio room also has its own smart TV, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests. Both rooms boast spacious bathrooms, with a bathtub included in the master bedroom for added luxury.

Free WiFi is available in the unit and throughout the resort grounds, making it easy to stay connected while enjoying your tropical retreat. This property has a strict no party, no smoking, and no pet policy. Any breach will result in immediate cancellation or eviction.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM via self check-in with a key safe.

Check-out is before 10:00 AM. Unauthorised late check outs may incur a fee. Please follow the check out instructions sent to you and make sure you are familiar with where to leave your keys.

Guests may be charged for additional housekeeping if the property requires extra cleaning time.

Guests will be charged for replacing lost keys or fobs as well as a call out fee, if required.

Any smoking inside the property will result in charges to have the property professionally deodorised and furniture and carpets steam cleaned.

Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is firm. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined. We are happy to provide documentation to your travel insurance company to help expedite your claim.
