'The most fantastic stay under the worst of circumstances. The hotel is in a brilliant location, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the garden is beautiful and the whole thing just works. I have to pay a special compliment to the manager of the hotel, please forgive me as I do not recall your name. The manager went above and beyond given my circumstance, supplying me with much needed food, countless coffees and a shoulder to cry on. I will be returning in better times, but for now - Thank You!'

Cons: With a quirky layout comes slight inconvenience of bathrooms on floor below the bedrooms. However a small price to pay for the chance of staying in a lovely old stone house.'

Numerous restaurants, cafes, shopping, the beautiful port are all within walking distance. The room was equipped with a fridge and a safe. Cleanliness was superb. The staff were helpful and friendly.
