'We had a wonderfull stay in Mercedes’s apartment! It is well maintained. Beds are comfortable, the balcony is big and nice to sit evenings when it cools down. We did not cook but the kitchen is well equipped. Of course the beach is very close. Book a sunbed online (reserves.alcudia.net) in advance! One street further you’ll find a couple of restaurants that do nice Mallorcan and international dishes..'

'This apartment is spacious and comfortable. You can have your breakfast on the sunny balcony in the morning, the place is quiet and you have access by foot to everything you need, restaurant, beach, supermarkets, shops. If you like hiking, you can even go by foot to the wonderful creek cala Mitjana (around 3 km from the apartment, but you need good shoes). Communication with the owner is good and he is available in case of need. I recommend, perfect as holidays rental.'

'Highly recommend! We really enjoyed the spacious apartment, it was perfect for the 3 couples who stayed there for 10 nights. The location, overlooking the sea, the boats, the bay, and beach was excellent and just a little away from the areas of more hustle and bustle. Josefa was very nice and, as we had a late flight on the day of check out and there was not a back to back booking, she let us stay "as long as you like". 'Perfect location and lovely views. Small complex which wasn’t to busy in September . Large balcony . The apartment was fine. You will need to buy everything as nothing supplied at all. Water would have been a nice touch and maybe some soap . Things to improve . Mattresses so hard. Would stay here again as very reasonable if mattresses replaced. Plenty of places to eat and bus route very close.'

"Second time we stayed at Suites & Spa, this time in the "old" building, room was very spacy and clean, take moisture in bathrooms in account! Personell very friendly. You have two options for breakfast (4th floor adults only and ground floor) which both have different options. Towel change at the pool is very practical and extra service. Suite case safe for if you have to check out in the morning and your flight departs in the evening (we could you use the pool the whole days, shower at spa included)!"
