'The photos of this small apartment in the pretty bay of Cala Morell are very flattering and far from reality. The paint on the floor is crumbling from damp, there's an awful smell of cat urine, wires are sticking out of the electricity meter, every other light bulb is out of order, the shower curtain is moldy, the garden furniture is almost non-existent and in a sorry state, and the paint on the table is crumbling .... In short, the apartment could be attractive if it were better maintained, but...

'First off, I cannot wait to come back! That's how satisfied I was with the hotel. The location is golden! It's very quite and tranquil. All I hear is birds chirping. The smell of olives is in the air. It almost feels like the ambiance is perfectly setup except its all natural. If you are a fan of organic designs, this is the place to stay in! I love how they stay as true as possible to what it was'

'Een echte aanrader dit hotel, direct aan het strand. De buffetten zijn ongekend uitgebreid en super lekker. Het hotel, maar ook het eiland is uiterst Schoon. Geen afval op straat of strand. Een voorbeeld ! Heb al veel gereisd maar dit heb ik niet eerder meegemaakt. '

'The best hotels we've stayed in for a long time! Well done to the entire team, from designing the property to the service! We feel relaxed! The room was spacious, the bedding comfortable. You can cycle easily to a small beach and have 2 great options for swimming! My favorite spot, the outside Gym! '

'A beautiful, very comfortable boutique hotel right in the centre of Alaior. We had a room with a terrace with a lovely view over the rooftops. The decoration throughout the house is tasteful and stylish. As we stayed in February it was very quiet and a really delicious breakfast was served by the owner. It's a family-run place and all the better for it. '

'Stayed at the property in August 2025: our suite was underwhelming and not particularly comfortable - the lounge area was just an annex which was dark with no views and just had a sofa, desk and a strange second wardrobe. Given its an old building, the air con (mainly ceiling fans) was insufficient and we struggled in the heat day and night and the room felt dusty. Location is difficult - a long bumpy road which was inconvenient for touring the island and left our hire car very dirty. Staff...

'Had the most perfect stay at this hotel! The staff were all really friendly and attentive, even greeting us on arrival with ice creams and a fan. We stayed in the suite which I would highly recommend. It was spotless, had plenty of storage, fantastic air-con, and a beautiful outside space. "Wij hadden een geweldige vakantie hier. Het appartement was basic, maar voor ons meer dan goed. Er is airco in de leefruimte en slaapkamer, elke dag propere handdoeken en bedden opgemaakt. Je kon de kamer goed donker maken. Het complex is mooi onderhouden, rustig, altijd plek om te liggen aan het zwembad. Wij hadden half pension en voor een 3* was het zeker goed. Verschillende kleine supermarktjes op korte loopafstand. Er zijn 2 stranden vlakbij en een bushalte in de straat naar Cuitadella elk half uur. De jachthaven van Cala'n Bosch is op 5min stappen en daar heb je allemaal restaurants. Wij hebben een fijne tijd gehad."
