'The view was lovely and the room was clean, however you had to go get you own clean towels which is no big deal unless they have hair balls on them. Also it would have been nice to know before booking and paying in full you are told a check in there is a 10 dollar a day fee to park at a hotel you are already booked at and paid for. That being said the over flow parking is a dirt lot or across 4 lanes. They should make their employees park there instead of taking up 2 spaces backed in.'

'I have never been so disappointed at a rental property and this was my first time to book a place through Expedia. The picture and description of what I rented were not accurate and when i received a call that I could have an upgrade, i was happy about that. 'Private beach access. One point to consider is there is no elevator, so ability to use stairways is a must. '

'I found my room was pretty dirty. Dishes still had food on them, the bathtub was covered in dirt. The condo was not in great condition - one sink was cracked, the washer was so loud that it kept everyone awake. Strangely, I had 1 wine glass but 2 toasters. It's a good resort for kids though - lots of pools and slides.'
