Reasonable hotel close to the Calgary airport
Room was okay with a nice bathroom. It was a pity that the door from the room was not closing in a decent way. The room smelled if there had been a smoker. Bed was okay , room was not noisy. The direct surrounding from our room was poor. In the staircase next to the entrance of our door was a used as a storage for old stuff and dust that gave a dirty impression. In front of our room was a container (this can happen) but it did not help on our impression, We looked out on the 2 story garage that also looked not pleasant. Breakfast was good with a good help from the staff. One of us eat without gluten and lactose and there were very helpful. At arrival the receptionist was very nice but at check out the girl was not really interested. Nearby highway to Calgary but no noise from the highway.

The hottub was not working even though it was advertised as having a hottub. There was sludge on the bottom of the tub. The door had a huge gap in it and you could open it with your shoulder if you pushed hard.

The stay was ok food in the bar was very good The breakfast bar looked good although we did not have breakfast The heater fan on the room was quite noisy throughout the night Hard to say what the condition of the grounds were like as there was about 10in of snow Over all the stay was ok no real complaints

Unimpressed that the hot tub is out of order and we were not told at check in. After a long drive we changed and went down in our bathing suits only to discover it is having “yearly maintenance” At minimum it would have been nice to be told at check in Room is adequate but bathroom is ridiculously small.

Three of my elderly aunts and I made this trip to visit their sick brother (my uncle) and the staff were extremely accommodating from recommendations of moving to the main building without an additional charge, recommendations of good local cuisine, and allowing us and another 10 family members to gather in the breakfast area in the evening where we ordered our supper in and visited for several hours. We are so very thankful to the staff for their kindness and flexibility! This was appreciated by all of us at a difficult time.

The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and upgraded our room. All the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was hot and had a great variety. I wasnt aware that the hot tub was no longer working so that was a little disappointing

Was a perfect spot with close access from the highway. Excellent breakfast selection. Hotel is older, but clean and comfortable. The staff is amazing and so helpful and friendly. Would stay again.

The staff were amazing. Great check in and check out. The bed was very small and very uncomfortable. Rooms are also very small.

The room was filthy. Bed was slept in and unmade. Hotel staff sarcastically asked “ what would you like me to do?” and offered to charge us more for a different room. Property was run down. Abandoned our booking. Frustrating.
