Your review and the misinformation that you provided, is not this. We understand your frustration with the outcome of your check-in attempt. However, it's important to clarify that our check-in procedures are designed to uphold the safety and security of all our guests. As such, we require guests to meet basic industry standard criteria, including having available credit on a valid credit card, to ensure our property can stay well appointed and in good working order for future travelers. Our agent handled your check-in attempt with personal dignity and professionalism, and even gave you a full refund as you were unable to check in. They did not allow you to check in due to not meeting our basic requirements that were agreed upon when booking via Expedia. Additionally, it's noted that you lacked the financial means to travel in any regard, which unfortunately contributed to the inability to complete the check-in process.Furthermore, we take misinformation extremely seriously, and it is unethical to misrepresent an experience in a public format regarding a small business who is simply ensuring the property and procedures are sustainable for our valued guests. It's important to address any inaccuracies and ensure that the public receives truthful information about our establishment.We want to address the behavior left out of your review. We take guest misconduct and lack of respect for our property and staff very seriously. Your attempt to intimidate our guest service agent with vague threats and the threat of a negative review for upholding our policies, threatening them to get them terminated for doing their job is completely unacceptable. We want to emphasize that our policies are clearly outlined on Expedia's platform, and guests are expected to adhere to them when booking. Unfortunately, your review does not accurately represent the circumstances of your check-in attempt.

Due to the age of our property we do not have microwaves in every room, but we do have a small fleet and they can be requested when available. However as you mentioned, we do have a microwave available to our guests 24 hours a day at the front office.
