The requirements for this procedure are stated on the listing page and sent personally after the reservation confirmation. Our team sent you a notification to send an ID for the check-in, and on the next day, since we did not receive anything, reminded you. Regarding the car, you did not provide full information and our support member had to ask questions to fill in the blanks. Hello Razan. The rules of accommodation and conditions were discussed with you before check-in. You have agreed to these conditions and we have provided you with access to a cleaned and ready-to-move apartment. But unfortunately, after check-out stains were found on the carpet that required deep cleaning, which is not free of charge. The cost of deep cleaning was deducted from your deposit, in accordance with the terms of the deposit, which again you agreed to before checking-in.

Mathew was not staying with us, we asked him to pay the damage deposit (this policy mentioned in our listing and you can see this before reservation) and answer on our questions regarding covid-19 which is very important in current situation. He never answered on questions and did not pay the deposit, so we was not able to send him check-in instructions. Our team made a call to Mr. Mathew and explained all things that have to be done before check-in, but it was not done anyway. We ask Mr. Mathew and all our customers to read property rules and policy before making a reservation. Thank you !
