We pride ourselves on our hotel's cleanliness and have an excellent housekeeping staff, which is why this is very concerning to us. We wish we had known about your concern during your stay in order to correct it as soon as possible. We appreciate you bringing all your concerns to our attention and rest assured that this will be discussed with the team to prevent future occurrence. The hotel has a no-smoking policy, but if a guest or employee wishes to smoke, they are required to be 15 meters away from the entrance or 5 meters away from any post signage.
