The interior was great; super clean, modern,. and just as advertised. The location was great too; close to shops, restaurants and train. We found the check-in process frustrating, and learned too late that the essential information was in our Upstay "boarding pass". Then when we finally got outside the unit, we struggled with the keyless pad because 1) we had a fob that had a different number on it and 2) it was too dark to see any of the numbers/symbols on the keypad. Other than that, we couldn't hang out at the unit for most of Friday because the water was shut off due to a scheduled repair, but other than that we had a lovely time.

We had a very short one night stay at this great condo. The location is fantastic and close to everything, including a top rated cocktail bar on the main level. Beautifully decorated in every room and super comfy beds. I would definitely stay here again!

Checking into this property was a rough start. The check-in instructions were missing the code to get into the actual building and missing the code to get into the unit/apartment. We paid for 3 days of parking in the building but could only access the parking spot for 2 days. Many things within the apartment were broken or in terrible condition (mirror in the hallway, missing vanity from bedroom, shelves in the living room close to the windows were falling off the wall, screen was ripped for the screen door, frying pan was unusable it was in nasty condition, towel racks in the bathroom were also falling off the wall), would not recommend sleeping on the pull out couch it was extremely hard, the "extra bedding" was 2 blankets and a bare pillow, no extra pillow cases. There were only 2 rolls of toilet paper in the unit for 5 people for 3 days. Also the table was severely scratched, floors were scratched up and most of the paint/coverings on the cabinets was peeling off. We couldnt use the dishwasher as there was no dishwasher soap/detergent/tabs.The price was advertised in CAD dollars but I was charged in USD. The only highlight of this property was the location.

3 areas of comment - Location, Unit, Company (booking)Location is central but as we arrived on XMAS day it was unsettling. Lots of homeless and sketchy people as area was closed for 2 days. Did not feel overly safe to walk with my 10 year old and would not let my wife and kid go alone. Aggressive homeless. Also having some kind of guide to where you can get food when you arrive on a holiday would be happy. When the area opened up much better as party goers do not cause me concern. Building is definitely a destination for those who want to club but was overall quiet considering time of year.Unit was tired with a few issues needing addressing. They wanted to but we were unable to accomodate a visit. Beds super super soft, couch hard as a rock. But otherwise as advertised and great view. THings that needed addressing were some towel rocks needing adjusting, shower head leading, attached wall table removed from wall but area not refinished. Nothing that really affected the stay. Otherwise my wife and daughter loved the placeGreat service in terms of communication. Bad service because they convert everything to USD on payment as they are an American property management company. You don't really find this out until you are committed.I would probably book local (Canadian) next timeIt is a good unit and the value (pricing) was fair in the market except 20 parking. Will have to check to see if my deposit was refunded yet as it is a third party billing.

Just right for our overnight stay. Comfortable, clean. Great views of the city. However, didn't get quite as cool as the thermostat indicated. But both bedrooms had fans provided.

The condo was beautiful and made for a lovely home away from home while we were there. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had little things I wouldn't have expected to need, but I did, so kudos!
