'The property was not entirely up to standards. The floor was wavy with a soft spot leading from the living area to the bedroom. Ceilings are low. There was a slight musty smell. I suspect a history of water damage. The couch is very small. The dock was not usable, even though lake was at summer pool. Half of the dock was on shore. 'This was the best VRBO I have stayed in. My friend and I like to play board games with natural light and pretty views and this property delivered. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, the best I’ve ever rented. We hope to visit again this summer to utilize the dock and kayaks. '

'Southern hospitality at its best! From the snack basket (which was quickly eaten) to the clean and comfortable beds, the entire experience was focused with guests’ comfort in mind. Highly recommend this peaceful place in the rolling hills of Dayton. No water when we were there, but would imagine it would be great fishing off the dock.'
