Fijn knus hotel met uitstekende service
Mooi en schoon. Eigenaar spreekt veel talen en het personeel is bijzonder vriendelijk. Knusse plek in een drukke stad.

Small friendly hotel with guesthouse feel
Friendly, rather basic 'family hotel'. Decent breakfast. At the end of the street is a shopping mall with food-court and supermarket. The city center is a little further away but still at walking distance. Quiet upscale neighborhood. Negative: many stairs, first to reach the hotel and then another set to reach the rooms.

Hotel was really nice, beautiful colonial look, good breakfast/coffee, our room was clean, had really cute spots to chill and hang out or just unwind. Totally cute vibes. Only negative which I did report was that our room window lock was broken and also the screen. I see that as a safety concern as it could be easy access for anyone to climb thru a window regardless of it being on the second floor. Every other window also had bars except for our room so I’d think even more they’d be on top of the windows at least being able to lock. Hopefully they fixed it but I’d suggest just making sure before going to bed as to when I did report it the front desk staff seemed dismissive.

Nice place great location
I paid for the triple room, the AC wasn’t working properly so we moved to another room with poor AC eventually settling for a room with two double beds though I paid for the triple room, has two rooms and it sleeps 4. There was one receptionist who was insisting we had to pay for additional people. The room sleeps 4 and those rooms cost more because there’re larger and sleep more people. The reservations do not mention additional costs per person. We were going to be there for two weeks, that’s why I wanted the larger room but in the end I paid for the larger room and continued to be down graded with no refund or reimbursement of the difference.

Gorgeous property with lots off trees and plants. Service and cleanliness were very good. Although they have lots of ramps it could be a little challenging for some clients with mobility problems. It is solidly in the tourist zone with access to plenty of restaurants, museums and shopping. My biggest issue was that although they had AC in the room it was quite noisy.

Enrique and the staff at this historical Cali hotel are wonderful. I stayed there 38 years ago and it is just as new as back then. Lovely grounds and a great price. Close / walkable to downtown. 24 hour security made us fell safe. Jeff Squires

２泊しました。建物は古めです。また冷蔵庫もついていません。プール付きでしたが、プールの場所が日陰となっており、私は震えながらプールに入りました。（これは個人差があると思いますが。）ただ、良かったことは、ホテルの人が温かい、朝食のパンケーキが美味しい、（追加料金を出しておかわりしました。）何泊かすると祖父の家にとまったような気持ちになるということで評価しました。猫も癒されました。

Old school vibe and friendly staff. There is a pool, which was a plus. There is plenty of vegetation and trees. You do have to walk uphill but for me it was not a big deal. Would stay again!

I loved this hotel. I felt like a museum. The artwork, the dining room and the overall decor was nice. I liked that they had 24/7 security and it was so close to the mall and the river. Also the staff was very nice. The only thing that was a little difficult was the toilet was very close to the wall and as a tall guy my face was almost touching the wall when I used it. Besides that If I ever go back to Cali I know where I'm staying.

The hotel is located near the Peñon area of Cali, an area with a good selection of restaurants. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained. Breakfast time is a pleasant experience with numerous dishes available. On most days the hotel offers other meals as well. The hotel has a classic atmosphere that is most agreeable. Across the street from the hotel there is a tourist office that can provide useful information about Cali. The hotel staff and management are friendly and attentive. I had a most enjoyable stay and I am happy to recommend this hotel.

It is Charming!!!! The staff is like family. They are so nice and helpful. The place to really clean. It is quite and very safe with a guard at the locked gates. Breakfast included but had 4 choices. Dinner is also good. One improvement suggestion. Buy more pool lounge chairs. 1 for the pool is not enough.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer schönen Umgebung von Cali. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind groß und geräumig, mit Deckenventilator und Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Es gibt einen kleinen Pool mit Liegen und Sitzbereich. Ein kleines Restaurant, wo auch das leckere Frühstück serviert wird, runden das Angebot ab. Wir waren zum Zweiten mal da, es war wunderschön. Danke an das Team vom Hotel Stein für den perfekten Aufenthalt.
