'Friendly and welcoming staff. Walking distance from Severance Hall, Art Museum and several ither sites. Rooms are clean and functional. Water pressure in shower is marginal. Only major issue was the smell in the cafe area coming from the oven in the coffee area. I believe a burned out catalytic convertor is the issue and should be replaced ASAP. Not healthy for the wonderful staff or guests.'

'Would not go back if our lives depended on it. The best thing about this hotel was the location. It is in the heart of downtown and in walking distance to the main venues and many restaurants. However, the staff was not friendly. No welcome was extended at anytime during our stay. We had to switch rooms multiple times. The first time was due to the room smelling like a cigar lounge. The second time was due to the room having no heat, in the middle of a Midwest winter! We were forced to stay in...

Parking was readily available, which made coming and going very convenient, and I always felt safe walking to and from the hotel at any time.
