'We booked this hotel last minute for 2 nights and did not do much research on it before booking. We we're pleasantly surprised by how new and clean this hotel was for the price. WiFi worked great and we had a great view of the city. Great helpful staff and good location near all the main tourist attractions. Unfortunately we had to leave the country early due to Coronavirus border closings. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in La Paz.'

'Room was an apartment with bedroom, living area, dining area and kitchen. Bed was comfortable and everything was spotless. Breakfast was included and had a decent variety of food. We also liked the restaurant in the hotel. There was a mall with a grocery store about three buildings away. A lot of restaurants within a few blocks.'

'When you're in high altitude, what you moat need is a nice place to rest and that's exactly what Residencial Alta Vista meant to us. Rooms are very comfortable, with central heating and a hot shower. Rodrigo, Tania & Reynaldo, the staff, are kind and helpful; they made us feel so at home, including the landlady who prepared our breakfast every morning. The location is great too because it's a safe area right in the heart of Mercado de Brujas with lots of shops with handicraft and musical...

'The most flexible hotel I have stayed at! When we had a delayed bus and needed to change our booking at short notice, the hotel obliged and gave us a room immediately without making us pay for the room we no longer needed on a different date. I am very happy at how flexible and obliging they were. We stayed in a suite and it was a huge room with everything that you needed. The gas heater kept it very warm too. '

'We had a great room, very comfortabel with a good bed. comfortabel chairs, a little table and a clean bathroom with hot water. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. One girl spoke very good English. Despite a heater, it was sometimes cold in the room. But we had enough blankets.'

'Receptionist vond booking niet, wou geen mastercard accepteren. Vroeg ook 3/4de van één nacht om een paar uur onze rugzakken te stockeren wat we uiteraard niet gedaan hebben.'

'Leuk hotel, kamer voor 4 personen is oke. Badkamer erg klein en verouderd. De trap is redelijk luidruchtig, niet echt last van gehad.'

'I liked the air conditioning in my room and the hot shower. The bed was also very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would return there again. The breakfast was also great.'

'I spent weeks here. I stayed in the room with a private bathroom. The bed is comfortable and worm. The shower is electric shower, but works surprisingly well. The wifi is fast and steady. The host is very friendly. It’s pretty close to the bus terminal, but a bit far from downtown.'
