'Unfortunately after asking if there was hot water, we were told thait just has to run for a while, but there has been no hot water, or even warm water for our showers. Great staff and location. Is very convenient for walking in Zona Colonial.'

'Beautiful historic building that is now a hotel, the rooms are a bit dated, I expected a bit newer standard in the elements of the room. The location is perfect for sightseeing the most iconic parts of Santo Domingo.
The staff is very friendly and service was excellent, food was very good as well and we would stay again if we are to visit Santo Domingo again. Great fast check in, fast check out, well run hotel. '

'The hotel is located at Calle El Conde,the main street.That means you're close to everything (restaurants,bars,...).At 100 m there's even a supermarket !
Our room had a balcony which is very nice to watch people passing by.
It also had a kitchenette fully equipped (that we did not use).
The room was cleaned every day.
The bed was good. The shower was excellent,as well as the airco.
Omar and the girl at the reception (forgot her name)were very friendly and helpful !

'I had a very Nice stay in hotel Luca , the staff was very helpfull, rooms Nice and clean with very goos beds. I loved the breakfast and the rooftop jacuzzi . The hotel is in the centre of zone colonial , its very safe area . I will come back. '
