'The hotel is located at Calle El Conde,the main street.That means you're close to everything (restaurants,bars,...).At 100 m there's even a supermarket ! Our room had a balcony which is very nice to watch people passing by. It also had a kitchenette fully equipped (that we did not use). The room was cleaned every day. The bed was good. 'El hotol esta bien ubicado, la limpieza bien, por lo meno el cuarto que me tovo (101) primer piso no esta mal. Agua caliente. Para mejorar, la caja fuerte no son confiable, la Tv no puder ver nada local. No tienen parking, si alquila un vehiculo tienes que correr toda la zona colonial. Ya que hay gente que ponen conos rojo para cobrarte, le llame la atencion a uno y hable con la policia de turismo y esto me dijeron que el parking en la calle es sin costo. 'The place is listed as a hotel but once you get there it says Hostel in the sign. It is a hostel and should advertise as one. But it was clean.'

'Small room ac wasn't working well. Batteries ran out of the ac remote. And then the guy staff loses the key to the room i was staying in after i give it to him when he comes to change the batteries to the room. and wants me to find it. The next morning tryna act like I gotta pay a fee for lost key when hes the one I gave the key too.'
