The studios are close to all main necessities, activities and places to visit in the North - while being located in a peaceful and quiet residential area. A haven of peace where one wakes up to the sound of birds.

Its only 10 min drive from central Grand Bay (10km)
Pharmacy, Supermarket, Vegetable/fruit shop, Service station, Pizzeria, and beach are within 3 min drive.

Having a transport means is advisable. The studios are within a calm residential area, 100mt from the coastal Road.
The space
All units are modern and minimalist yet practical. WIFI is available on all floors.

Each studio is equipped with an open kitchenette, Oven/Microwave, Ground Coffee machine, Toaster, double stove, sets of pans and other basic cooking accessories to afford a creative and enjoyable home culinary experience.

There is also a large fridge, ceiling fan, optional 24/7 A/C, an alarm system and smoke detector as well as a private balcony/patio with a view of the sea/garden according to floor level.

The property is safe, with security cams, on-property parking, and an automated gate.

There is a common swimming pool in the backyard guests can use. We have a beautiful Aquaponics Garden near the parking area as well, which when available, provides organic aromatics, lettuces, and occasional Tomato, eggplants, and other greens we enjoy serving for guests who "opt-in" for dinner service.

Continental breakfast is available at a separate fee as well as dinner as per the availability of the cook. Both are on a request basis. Washing and ironing are also available at a separate fee.

All guests according to the length of their stays, are welcomed with some cold beverages & snacks in the fridge or for longer stays, refreshment juice, a fruit plate, some cold beverages & snacks in the fridge.
Guest access
The property has parking space for 4 cars. There is free parking space available as well outside the property. The Gate is automated and a remote is provided to guests.
The coastal road is 100mt away from the property.
Other things to note
- Guests are given a remote for automated gate operation

- Air conditioning is included in the price between 17h00 - 8h00.

During the day it is turned off. For 24/24 Air conditioning, an extra 10€ is charged / day.

- Dinner during this time is ONLY Vegetarian/Vegan at Rs. 480/pers.
(Mauritian traditional, Italian, Mexican, and European Cuisine) Table Served and cleaned. As per availability.

- French Breakfast is 16€. Table Served and cleaned.
(4 pastries, 1 Baguette, Cheese, Butter, Jam, Italian Coffee and/or Black tea, Milk.

- Washing clothes is at 7€ / machine.

- Ironing is done at 7€ or Iron is supplied for 1€/day (as per availability)

- Any damage on the property fixed or movable items is charged.
