Heerlijk
Fantastisch hotel met erg goede service! Mooie stranden, drie zwembaden en erg goed eten. Buffet was erg goed. Als enige opmerking is het dat je voor de a la carte restaurants moet reserveren, maar ze zitten snel vol. Wij verbleven maar twee nachten en hadden direct na aankomst al geen mogelijkheid meer. Het buffet was echter ook heerlijk!

Goed 4 **** hotel
Mooi zeeuizicht , comfortabel , kamers kan schooier zijn , ontbijten elke dag zelfde maar genoeg keus .. goed voor families ..wij vind het fijn met ons dochter van 11 jaar, beetje ver van winkels , auto huren is goed om te doen , zo kan je heel eiland zien , wij hebben alleen ontbijt en wij vond het prima want buiten kan goed eten en goedkoper personeel zijn heel vriendelijk en doen als om je vakantie compleet te maken .. zwembad vond ik klein ook voor kinderen , rustig omgeving in een word ( prachtig ).

Heel mooie resort super vriendelijke en aardige mensen, we hebben een geweldige tijd gehad. Niks is voor het personeel te veel, je wordt altijd heel vriendelijk en gelijk geholpen.

Leuk hotel aan strand met vriendelijke mensen
Nieuw en goed aangelegd hotel, service met een smile. Eigen strand met een paar windsurfplanken, waterfietsen, kanos en laser zeilbootjes om je te vermaken. Voor een daytrip kun je ook met hun catamaran mee - prima dagje met snorkelen, BBQ en eilandje.

Hotellin alue oli erittäin viihtyisä ja siellä oli paljon erilaisia aktiviteetteja ja mahdollisuus harrastaa monenlaisia vesiurheilulajeja. Ruoka oli hyvää ja vaihtoehtoja oli monipuolisesti. Joka puolella oli siistiä, erityisesti huone oli puhdas. Meri ei valitettavasti ollut uimakelpoinen, se oli todella matala, limainen ja täynnä kasveja. Lisäksi olisin olettanut, että tämän tasoissessa hotellissa ei olisi rantakauppiaita, jotka yrittävät väkisillä myydä sinulle koruja yms. Yksi tarjoilija aneli jatkuvasti tippiä itselleen, mutta muuten henkilökunta oli ystävällistä.

Hotelbewertung: Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Zimmer waren komfortabel und gut ausgestattet, mit einem Balkon, Klimaanlage sowie einem Kühlschrank und TV. Das kulinarische Angebot war beeindruckend, sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendbuffet boten täglich eine abwechslungsreiche Auswahl und waren von hoher Qualität. Ein besonderes Highlight war der kostenlose Verleih von SUP-Boards, Kayaks und Schnorchelausrüstung am hoteleigenen Strand. Außerdem möchten wir die Bemühungen des Hotels hervorheben, Plastik zu vermeiden, was ein sehr positives Merkmal ist. Die Aufmerksamkeit und des Personals auf Kundenanliegen war ebenfalls hervorragend. Insgesamt war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Overall it was a good stay for a night however I think there are better hotels in the north of the island. For exemple, I much prefer their more boutique hotel Tropical. Cosier and more friendly. Thought we would try another hotel from the Attitude group. That being said, I think it’s a great hotel group for families. The staff seemed a little unmotivated and absent. We tried to go eat at their beach restaurant but it was booked out for a private event. Also their other à la carte restaurants were reserved for guests staying more than three nights so that was a little annoying. It is also worth noting that to go on their private island you have to eat there and reserve in advance. You can go on the island by kayak for exemple. Seems a bit cheeky.

Erholsamer Urlaub in schöner und gepflegter Anlage
Wir haben uns als Familie mit kleinem Kind sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Das Essen schmeckte uns auch sehr gut. Es war ein wenig schwierig, freie Termine für die Restaurants zu finden, aber es war auch nicht so schlimm, weil genug Abwechslung und Optionen vorhanden waren. Kids-Club war top!

Absolutely loved ZIlwa. The rooms are clean and lovely the food and staff are great the entertainment 10/10 . They have free paddle boat you can take out and they have a small island a boat picks up every 15 mins you have a a barbecue lunch on there. If you consider Zilwa definitely go for All inclusive as the food is amazing. They have a shop and car hire place across the road so if you want to travel around the island it’s idea to hire a car . Is really safe to drive they do 20-30 mh . I would recommend traveling around to see other beaches and the capital port Lou’s otherwise there’s not much around calodyne where Zilwa is but there is so much going on at Zilwa you don’t have to Leave there . Thank you Zilwa we hope to come back again.

Great hotel
Very clean, simple but effective decor tastefully done, in a wonderful location. Real coffee in the rooms went downstairs treat, and plentiful choice for eating (hit and miss with some of the dishes but well presented and something for everyone) Staff were friendly, watersports free including a great little snorkelling trip, bbq on Gran Zil was lovely and plenty of restaurant choices (if you can get a sitting) Big hotel but not overcrowded. Gym good and other activities and entertainment available. Very happy 👍

Tolle Unterkunft. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer mit genug Platz für uns und unsere beiden Kinder. Das Essen war hervorragend, die Anlage sehr schön und der Service war immer freundlich. Die Anlage ist sehr familienfreundlich und viele Familien mit kleinen Kindern sind dort zu Gast. Die Services wie Glasbodenboot oder Schnorcheltrip waren kostenfrei und sehr nett. Einziges kleines Manko: es gibt nur einen relativ kleinen Kinderpool (der dafür aber per Sonnensegel Schatten hat, die anderen Pools sind alle 1.3 m tief. Einer ist komplett für Kinder gesperrt. Der Hotelstrand hatte leider keine Schnorchelmöglichkeit, dazu musste man per Boot rausfahren. Das Meer ist flachabfallend und relativ schlechte Sucht - keine Korallen und Fische. Zum Spielen und Planschen aber ideal. Zimmer und Anlage waren sehr sauber, geoflegt und modern

Un sejour exceptionnel! Le cadre est magnifique, un large choix pour dejeuner et diner et de qualite, nous nous sommes regalés! Une vraie formule tout inclus de l arrivee au depart. Merci à l ensemble du personnel pour leur accueil, leur gentillesse et leur sourire permanent. Il est rare de trouver des prestations et un accueil aussi qualitatifs mais c est à l image des Mauriciens! Merci à Babita pour le soin de notre chambre, sa gentillesse et son attention permanente à notre egard. Une mention speciale pour la presence des allergènes absolument partout c est plus qu'apprecié! Nous avons deja prevu de revenir tellement l ile est exceptionnelle et accueillante et ce sera sans aucun doute au Zilwa attitude!

Loistava hotelli!
Heti alkuun on todettava, että hotellin kaikki toiminnot oli mietitty loppuun saakka ja henkilökunnan palvelualttius oli loistavaa tasoa. All in clusive paketilla oli saatavilla hyvin monipuoliset juoma- ja ruokatarjoilut. Uima-allas ja viheralueet olivat todella hyvin hoidetut. Yksi uima-altaista oli varattu pelkästään aikuisille, mutta muissa altaissa ei ollut rajoituksia. Tarjoilijat kiersivät kyselemässä allasalueilla, onko tarvetta juomille, joten palvelu oli ensiluokkaista. Hotelli oli valinnut teemakseen ekoloogisuuden ja kestävän kehityksen, joka näkyi kaikessa sen toiminnassa. Kertakäyttö vesipulloja ei ollut saatavilla ja ne oli korvattu sen sijaan vaihdettavilla uudelleen täytetyillä sinetöidyllä lasisilla vesipulloilla joita sai noutaa palvelupisteestä. Samasta paikasta sai lainattua metallisia Dopper-juomapulloja ja ottaa mukaansa halutessaan huoneeseensa kahvi- ja teetarvikkeet. Hotellihuoneessa muoviset roskapussit oli korvattu uudelleen käytettävillä kangaspusseilla. Ekoloogisuudesta kertoo myös sekin, että kaikki ravintoloiden ruoka- ja juomalistat olivat hotellin www-sivuilla ja paperisia ei ollut tarjolla, joten älypuhelin oli oltava aina mukana. Hotelli tarjosi sisä- ja ulkotiloissa laadukkaan maksuttoman WiFi-verkon. Huoneessamme sattui olemaan WiFi-tukiasema, jonka kautta saimme 200/200 Mbits internet-yhteydet. Hotellihuoneemme oli osittaisella merinäköalalla toisessa kerroksessa (ylin kerros), jonka parvekkeelta oli mukavat.

Très bonne expérience au Zilwa. Effectivement, l'eau est un peu trouble mais franchement, le paysage est magnifique ! L'entrée de l'hôtel donne directement sur le Coin de Mire, ce qui est spectaculaire. L'hôtel est très grand, propre, et il y a des activités sympas à faire et plusieurs piscines ! La nourriture du buffet était très bonne et il y avait un grand choix (ça changeait chaque jour). Super séjour !

A place to unwind
We were already in this hotel for the second time, which speaks for itself. The facility is great, especially for children, and the beach is great for relaxing (although not for swimming, but there are several nice pools). The culinary offer is diverse. I am a big fan of the inclusive water sports activities. The rooms are convenient, nice and clean. The facility is well maintained. The staff make an effort. Go there, enjoy a drink on the beach and forget about everyday life.

Wow wow wow this hotel is truly amazing! The breathtaking view as you walk around the corner and into the bar is just incredible, photos do not do it justice. The food at the Zilwa was all incredible. We tried every restaurant apart the Mauritian, and just couldn’t get any better. The buffet restaurant Karay has lots to choose from and always fresh. Make sure book the a la carte restaurants at the guest experience desk. The rooms were lovely, clean and spacious. Everything you needed and great views wherever you were staying. There is a mini bar shop by the karay restaurant in which you can top up your mini bar in room for free if all inclusive. Staff… just so friendly and welcoming, couldn’t do enough for us. Favour, Arvind, Daniela, Angie, Maeva, Victor and Lensley were the main staff that we had the most interaction with and always so happy to see us. We did a sunrise boat excursion which we booked with guest experience and that was with a local fisherman called Dessie, we paid him direct. He was so lovely, hotel provides a little picnic too. Make sure you book that and he will also do a sunset boat trip too. Big John on the beach also provides excursions which we did the dolphin and turtle half day and the inland day. Which both were just great. All in all the hotel is just incredible, I will definitely be going back to the Zilwa! I loved it so much. They have literally thought of every single detail and I have no complaints whatsoever.

We enjoyed our stay
Overall a nice resort. Beautiful soundings, nice staff, clean rooms and I loved the fact that they have five different restaurants at the resort, so even if you have the all-inclusive plan, you never get tired of the food. (The main buffet restaurant is average.. but the other 4 restaurants are really good.) The downside is the beach. It's beautiful and clean, but you must wear water-shoes when you go in to the water. The sand is muddy and the water is not clear. If you are not traveling with kids, you might consider booking another resort, as this is a family resort.

We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel - they decided to do renovations in the room just above ours and the hammering didn’t stop for hours! We couldn’t be in the room at all. When we mentioned that at the reception - they didn’t even say sorry, just proceeded to hand us the bill where they wanted to charge us the amount we already paid to Expedia. So again had to wait until they call their reservation team and sort their mistake out. Breakfast was also disappointing. Not a great experience at all

Property is perfect for families with childre under 12. We were in an adults only area which we thought meant that maybe there was an adult's only pool or an adult's only beach area but in reality it wasn't even an adult's only building. They also didn't inform us that we could not eat anywhere but at the buffet because we were only staying two nights until we got there. The buffet food was bland at best. The property just isn't worth the $600 a night we paid.

Postkarten Aussicht.
Mir persönlich hat das Hotel sehr gut gefallen. Es hat eine tolle Lage auf der Nordseite der Insel. Das Personal war sehr nett und aufmerksam und hat sich um das Wohl des Einzelnen gekümmert. Die Hotelanlage hat eine Menge an sportlichen Aktivitäten zu bieten. Auch für die kids ist gesorgt. Das Essen ist abwechslungsreich und qualitativ hochwertig. Ich kann dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Best of three Attitude hotels this trip
A large hotel with resonably high occupancy but plenty of space and lots of places to sit includings bars, restaurants, pools and beaches so didn't feel crowded. We were half board and the food was varied and excellent. Extras such as lunch and drinks are expensive including non-alcoholic ones so if you want a lot of these things then all-inclusive would just about work out; we are content with 2 meals a day and drink mostly tea which is free.
