'Very good for visiting u of Dayton. Extremely close to campus. Good breakfast and variety and 24 hour fresh brew coffee/tea in the lobby. Not a lot of amenities in immediate area, mostly surrounded by gas stations and fast food.'

'Stayed for one night at the Courtyard. It's hard to find a good hotel in Dayton but this is one of the newer ones. Hotel is clean and comfy but in the area are no restaurants or bars. You need to have a car or take taxi to go out for dinner. Hotel has a good breakfast!'

'Check in and check out was easy. The grounds were dirty. People hanging around and asking for change. Privacy curtains wouldn't completely closed. Room was warm even though AC was down as low as it could go. It won't stay again'

'Hotel is great, would def stay here again. Added bonus the river is right behind the hotel with a beautiful river walk and pedestrian bridge to a pretty park. And they have a water display every hour. Really nice. '

'Our stay was so very enjoyable. The room was perfect. Great small kitchenette. Had everything we needed. A full refrigerator with an icemaker and a dishwasher with dishwasher detergent. There was nothing that it lacked. The breakfast was absolutely perfect. Plenty of tables also. I cannot say enough good things. '

'Loved our 2 night stay there! Loved that they anticipated the number of kids staying in the area and made it where kids could only go to the pool with their adults. It kept the pool chaos down and was very relaxing. The breakfast was delicious! The staff was so friendly! I loved the outdoor sitting area and quietness of the entire hotel. Couldn’t even tell there were a lot of kids staying there. (We also had our two kids with us.) Our hotel room was very clean and I loved that it came stashed...
