Eventually solved and i could get back into my room. I had an amazing stay, the rooms are clean, everyday clean towels and if you wanted your room clean just sit downstairs and have a free breakfast meal. 100% satisfied and looking forward to come visiting again!'

'I'd say it's about what you'd expect maybe a little better. This is not the Four Seasons, so don't come in thinking it's gonna be four-star accommodations with mints on the pillow. Apparently was due to an unusual type of security lock that was broken.The lock was too high up for someone in a wheelchair, and there were no instructions on how to open it. Staff responded immediately and made notes to report back to management and have maintenance take care of it. Customer service was...

'The hotel was beautiful. Very clean, spacious. The negative was the breakfast. There was very little food for 8 am in the morning. Nothing was replenished. There was a man working in the kitchen but not replenishing any hot food. People were coming in to eat but there wasn't any thing there. A shame because the hotel was wonderful. 'It was extremely comfortable but I found the staff at the breakfast bar extremely rude. They yelled at customers for being in the way and when one guy was getting waffle batter, they actually yellled at him that they were refilling it. Very unfriendly. '
