'Desk clerk was dealing with some guests that were being asked to leave for smoking in their room and he was very calm and professional. The guests were very hostile and he handled it very well. '

'We stayed here for 12 days and it was almost perfect. Our room was great, the staff were awesome and very attentive, they had a wonderful breakfast spread and the laundry was free. The only thing that made this place slightly less than perfect was the fitness facility…it was very small and combined with laundry room. Other than that, this place was exactly what we wanted/needed. '

'Nice campground! I really loved the cabin design—stylish and cozy. The pool area and restaurant were fantastic, and the hospitality was awesome. It’s close to everything and just a hop, skip, and a jump from Kings Island. The only downside was the limited storage space for six people, but overall, we had a blast and will definitely be back!'

"Mooie entree. Ruime parkeerplaatsen. Hele ruime kamer, fijne badkamer met shampoo, douchefris etc... koelkast. Stil en veilig. Personeel niet onvriendelijk, maar zeker niet vriendelijk. Afstandelijk en zakelijk. Ontbijt echt minimaal, maar voor de prijs mag en kan je niet meer verwachten. Dus geen klacht. Prima om vanuit het hotel naar restaurants, downtown of bijvoorbeeld het leuke en interessante american sign museum te gaan. Prima dus"
"Hotel is prima, avondploeg was vriendelijk, maar de ochtend ploeg keek chagrijnig en wilde mij niet graag te woord staan bij vragen over ontbijt of uitchecken.. ontbijtruimte en faciliteiten zijn niet voldoende voor de capaciteit van het hotel. 1 wafelijzer en 1 toaster zorgt voor rijen van een kwartier. Er wordt ook niet tijdig aangevuld, toen ik hierom vroeg werd ik nijdig aangekeken.
Kamer was zeer ruim en schoon, prachtig uitzicht op het ballpark was fantastisch. Bedden waren wel wat doorgelegen. "
