'Great room and good breakfast '

'Overall, I had a great stay. I was there for the Bearcats tournament. My first time staying and the aesthetics were lovely. The room was clean. The staff was helpful and extremely polite. The breakfast area view was relaxing. I enjoyed a drink and dinner at the bar also. The only negative was a small amount of mold on the shower curtain. I would definitely stay again!'

'Older hotel that has been renovated. Breakfast was good; the attendant was very friendly and attentive. The walls seemed a little thin as we had people talking in the room beside us til 3am. '

'The best part of this property is the staff. However, we won't ever stay here again unless it's mid-week because of the proximity to the outlet mall as well as the Flea Market. The hotel was packed. The pool is tiny just in case you might want to use it. We didn't. Also, the pool is right by the elevator and the floor stayed wet. There were lots of loud preteens running around. 'My 1st time Staying at an Avid Hotel. Check-in was quick & the lady was very kind! Our room was 114 so right by the lobby, it was clean and quiet. We did have to ask for a roll of toilet paper because the 2 rolls on the hanger each maybe had 10 squares each. Not a big deal, though. My two dislikes? First to preface, the lady at check in said “the room has everything you need and nothing that you don’t.” Well the fridge in the room was very small & the only microwave was a small one in the lobby....

'Loved the hotel, however our last day there for breakfast wasn’t the best. One of the staff members were overbearing. Was constantly in our way when making our waffles. Treated the adults like we were children. Very unacceptable in so many ways. We were monitored when making our waffles. I even was told I couldn’t add chocolate chips to my waffle mix. She tried telling us how long we should keep our waffles in the maker etc. my overall experience with this situation would prevent me from staying...

'For the price you pay the room is more than sufficient. Room is clean and in your room you do have a fridge, microwave and coffemaker. Located close to some restaurants and I-75. Would stay here again.'
