Complained case to one of the agent. Only refund the 1 room at lower price. The agent do not even offer or ask what is my cost due to Expedia mistake. This is totally unacceptable. 'The hotel overall was very clean and the room was comfortable and very spacious. The breakfast was not the greatest, food was cold and eggs and sausage were rubbery. The breakfast area was quite messy. Noise level in the lobby was excessive at night, as people were allowed to gather and hang out and watch the lobby TV. We only noticed it because we were on the ground floor near the lobby. Overall, our stay was pleasant but I don't think I would stay at this property again.'

'The property was under major renovations, halls look terrible with construction debris everywhere. No WIFI, so no television, couldn't use Fire Stick. The girl at the desk work hard on the problem, after 4 hours the problem waa resolved, she also gave us $75 refunded, haven't seen it yet on my visa. Well not be staying there again. You must make sure your guess have everything they need after a long day of travel.'

'We were pleased with our stay. Booking, checkin, and checkout worked seamlessly. Our room was spacious and clean and would have been very comfortable for a much longer stay, we were only in town for 2 nights. The location was great with lots of food options nearby and it felt very safe. '
