'This was our first time staying at Fairfield Inn and we were happy with our booking. 'The room was clean but the bathroom wasn’t as clean as I’m used to staying in this chain of hotels. House keeping did really well making sure the room itself was clean, though. The breakfast was OK- Holiday Inn Express definitely has a tastier breakfast. Staff was friendly. Over all good experience.'

'Check in was a nightmare. Parking garage has a short in the keypad. You pay for parking and have to be routed through multiple building to reach your actual apartment. There are zero signs in the parking area to navigate the property and no one but an 800# to ask for help. We paid for non refundable room and still left early! No price on peace of mind. No toddler friendly bars out the front door.'
