'Hotel was clean and staff nice. Unfortunately we did not get to enjoy the indoor pool or breakfast as the hotel was overrun with screaming kids due to a soccer tournament in the area. Would try this place again as long as i knew their was not something going on again. '

'The room itself was average, but as a single woman traveling I was disappointed that the front desk clerk gave me a first floor room with an adjoining room. I would have asked to change rooms but the check in process alone took a very loooong time, and he really seemed to be struggling with it. I had plans and didn’t have time to wait. I just felt uncomfortable when I got back. '

My room located was close by expressway…you could hear cars and motorcycles…loud out night and 7am. Ask for room away from end of building by expressway. Staff SUPER nice and friendly. No free breakfast 😕'

'My wife and I always like staying here while visiting my daughter and her family in Batavia. The staff is super friendly, attentive and helpful. The restaurant and bars on site are outstanding and reasonably priced as well. Next door is a great bar (Dilly Bistro, Bar and Bottle Shop), Starbucks, two good pizza joints and Graeter's Ice Cream. 'The staff were friendly and courteous. The beds were really comfortable and the hotel was super quiet. The lighting was the soft incandescent (non-day light) lighting which is conducive to sleep. My only suggestion is it would be nice if they had a hot tub. '
