'Door to room was sticking - we had to replace our key cards. Door then refused to open - had to have maintenance replace the lock mechanism. Food at breakfast had no flavor - should be free - would not recommend purchasing the breakfast package. Last but not least, there were bed bugs in our room. When I brought this to the hotel’s attention, they offered to take one night’s stay if of our bill. We were supposed to stay for four nights! We left after our third night. 'I would have given 1 Star but the staff was very nice and helpful, so I gave an extra Star for that. The room reeked of marijuana when we entered. Since the hotel was completely full there was very little chance of getting another room so we were stuck staying in that room with children. There was a constant noise from across the hall every 15 minutes that sounded like a very loud dial tone. It was quite annoying. There weren't enough pillows in a room that slept 5. We asked for more pillows but...

'Check in and out was really easy, beautiful atmosphere and the staff was so nice our whole stay'

'Conveniently located for our needs. Unfortunately, the bathroom was small, and we could not get the humidity out of the room. Our clothes were a little damp when we left. We did not use any of the hotel amenities as our room was by the exit, and we had a busy weekend. The room was fairly clean. Some of the corners of the room are 'scary', and need a shop vac. For the price it was ok.'

'Room was less than ideal. The tile or carpet was leaving the bottom of our feet dirty. The shower has such a bad connection at the shower head fitting that it was just spraying out of the shower to the toilet side. Beds were clean, but the rate does not justify the condition. #Room301'

'Stayed here to visit kings island. Drove 4.5 hours to wait almost 30 minutes for staff to come check in. A/C worked despite being in an outlet that was pulling itself from the box and wiring exposed. Wiring was also exposed in the bathroom near the light. Clearly changed the light to something smaller but didn’t properly hang it. Smoke detector that was situated in the room had no 9V battery in it and the door was left open. Upon checkout there was yet another 30-40 minute wait.'

'We stayed here for 3 nights and everything was wonderful! Close to Cincinnati. The staff is amazing! Property is well taken care, rooms are clean and big. Pool and gym were very nice and had a wonderful outside sitting area with fire pit and grills! Breakfast buffet was excellent! It was walking distance to a pizza place and Mint cafe which was delicious. We will stay again for sure!'
