'I recently stayed at La Quinta Inn in Sharonville, Ohio, and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The most significant issue was excessive noise. A large, loud party in the event space continued late into the night and could be clearly heard from my room on the 7th floor. I called the front desk multiple times. After the event ended, the noise continued in a nearby room with shouting and singing. A staff member kindly tried to intervene and later moved me to another floor, where...

'When we first got there they told us that the pool was closed, I only booked this hotel because it had a pool otherwise I would have stayed somewhere nicer. We looked past that and went to the room but when we got there the bed was unmade and there was stuff all on the ground like it had not been vacuumed.
