'Friendly staff but not very knowledgeable about where we could get dinner. The welcome bag with water and a snack was a really nice touch! Lots of choices for breakfast and coffee was available all day.'

'My room was not clean, my shower head did not work, and my room was next to a staff area that was very loud.'
