Vind je ideale hotel in Blue Ash

'The staff at the front desk were all wearing the same cologne that I assume is called "SKUNK WEED" Rude, and high as a kite when I checked in. The room? Once you make it past the entry door, which I presume was kicked in during the last meth raid, the smell of dirty wet dog hits you like Mike Tyson in his prime. The stains on the bed sheets were interesting to say the least. I think the mouse that came to visit had his only little condominium that he accessed through the cracks in the drywall...

'Clean rooms, comfy beds, friendly staff, great location'

'The room we stayed in was not clean, the vents were so dusty to the point when it was time to checkout the next morning we were coughing, and things were broken. When we asked for a different room the staff said they were completely booked which I almost find hard to believe, there was barely anyone in the parking lot. The price was on the cheaper end but I have also stayed in hotels 10 times nicer for cheaper. '

'Kitchen was adequately equipped. Issue with listing on Expedia, rented a room that was suppose to have a sofa bed, but they claim that is not what Expedia sends them, even though my receipt clearly listed room had a sofa '

'Staff was friendly. Hotel - clean and nice atmosphere. Breakfast - OK. Had issues with key access to room but maintenance came to room and immediately fixed the issue. Comfortable room but obviously geared to business guests with nice workstation. (we are retired) Nice feature was room curtain between bed and work area. Would recommend this hotel to young professionals and/or families.'

'Will never stay here or encourage anyone else to stay at this facility, everything that it displays on the website is COMPLETELY OPPOSITE of the actual facility. No locking outside doors, our room door wouldn’t lock either, old and very outdated, cold and mildew smell. We literally checked right back out and into a better hotel. '

'It was ok for the money. They need pest control in the place. I seen roaches crawling in my room that I stayed in. Particularly in the bathroom and one on one of the nightstands. When entering into the building going to my room, it smelled really bad like other people’s body odor. Would not go again.'
