'Courteous staff, clan room'

'The hotel is very nice, quiet, modern and clean. Our room was very large with a small kitchen. The hotel is within walking distance to The Outback Steakhouse and Wings n Rings, plus quite a few other fastfood places. The hotel is very close to Kings Island. I would definitely recommend and will be my base for the next time I come to Kings Island '

'Staff are very welcoming. Great location. Around great restaurants, shopping and groceries. Beautiful Christmas decorations. Breakfast wasn’t served until 7:30 am. We needed to get going so it was missed which was disappointing. Thank you for a great night away from a bad winter storm. '

'Love their cabins, stayed in them 2-4 times in last few years (usually pull our camper down in summer to stay here),cabins are always very clean and comfortable we always like to come for halloween haunt fest and Christmas winterfest at kings island prefer cabins to hotels, got to give shout out to their staff really helpful and friendly thank you!'

'Ended up having to stop here due to the major snowmageddon yesterday while traveling home from a vacation. Beds were comfortable Shawna at the front desk was super sweet. Breakfast was typical hotel fare. The kids enjoyed the waffles. They also had scrambled eggs, McMuffins, and sausage and yogurt and bagels. Breakfast attendant was a bit grumpy, but I saw people being quite rude to her so it may have been warranted. We didn’t use any other amenities. We just slept and ate breakfast then...
