'Let me just say this rental was way more than we could have expected. There were 9 in our party and we had plenty of room. The kids and young adults loved the downstairs and spent most of their time there. The two bathrooms were adequately stocked with towels and toiletries for us. The host reached out several times during our short two-day stay to make sure we had settled in and to make sure we didn't need anything!! The location was perfect not too far from anything. Quiet neighborhood!!!'

'We were visiting my college daughter at Miami, and it's impossible to find a hotel in Oxford. This was barely 20 minutes away and was SO much better! We had my parents (in their 70s) with us, so we each had our own room. The kitchen pots, pans and utensils looked practically new, the house was spotless, living room couch extremely comfortable ...and memory foam mattresses! Responses/communication were super fast! What a great find for the price! Would definitely use this again!'

'We had a group of 9 high school girlfriends stay for a long weekend. The house was beautiful and the outdoor space was great! We spent most of our time either in the pool or next to it. There was only 1 hiccup with the refrigerator but the homeowners were on top of it and had a new refrigerator installed the next day. They brought us coolers to keep food cold while we waited. This is a great place to stay!'

I mean you step outside and within 50 feet your cruising the local strip. That being said, it was very tolerable noise wise. No complaints. I can't say enough great things about this place. 'The house was roomy and in a convenient location for our stay. Close to the highway and easy access to the local towns. Only complaint was there were minimal towels available and 1/2 bath had paper towel dispenser instead of towel bar for a hand towel, which was not the best to dry my face after nighttime washing. The thermostat automatically changed back to 63 every night, so had to keep an eye on that as it was quite chilly when we were there.'
