'This hotel is the very best hotel in Cane Garden Bay…. It’s the only property that’s the equivalent of a nice Hilton in the area. Staff are superb, very friendly and kind. Bobbys market, a short walk away, is well stocked and makes the stay convenient and comfortable. Cane Garden Bay is rustic…. 3 primary restaurants and several small offerings. The area, although rustic, is safe, and the locals are helpful. We loved it! Leave the madness back home and enjoy Tortola, Cane Garden Bay, Brewers...

'Toen we ons meldden bij de receptie was men niet op de hoogte van onze reservering bij Hotels.com. Er was ons geen reserveringsnummer (6 digits) van het hotel zelf bekend, alleen het nummer van Hotels.com, hetgeen onbekend was bij het hotel. Dàt was een teleurstelling. Dat ze daarna nog een kamer voor ons hadden was wel fijn, voor hetzelfde bedrag en hetzelfde type als in de reservering.'

Hotel is aan het einde van het eiland Tortola. Dus lange taxirit naar luchthaven en Road Town.
Tortola zelf stelt niet veel voor. Op de BVI moet je echt gaan zeilen anders is er verder niets te beleven.'

'The service was quite bad. They saw I had a heavy luggage and they still did not attempt to try to help me to get to my room. I made a reservation for 1 person and they still booked for two, almost making me to pay for 2p. Then I went to the restaurant to eat, everyday and almost every night. The staff saw that I went to sit there and they didn't even care even to ask if I wanted something. Even after a few days, they still wouldn't ask me. I had to stand up and go there myself. They helped...
