Nice hotel, good staff, but some improvements
We stayed here for a week and it was great place to relax. The executive lounge was a welcomed place to go after a day by the pool, but it would have been nicer to have more food options available and for longer periods of time considering the price. Part of the executive lounge perks was a turndown service which did not happen. We also booked an airport pickup which was forgotten about which was a bit disappointing. These were just minor details which could have been opportunities for the hotel to really demonstrate their customer care in addition to their usual good service but it didn't seem like it occurred to the staff to ask us about our stay. Also, putting on more busses to and from nha trang would be really useful for guests too.

Honestly, the place is decent enough, but it's very clear that the Resort is both understaffed and overworked (not the fault by any means of the employees, they're quite lovely and helpful), and the resort is doing everything it can to try and get you to buy things that are significantly more expensive than they need to be. I was very frustrated by the lack of reasonably priced food options - it's Vietnam - I shouldn't need to spend $40 on a meal because there's only one restaurant open in the resort and room service is about the same price. It's ridiculous. The villa with the pool I stayed in was quite nice, and I really enjoyed having a private pool / the privacy of having a villa. But for the price paid, I felt that it wasn't really worth the money. I don't regret my stay, but I wouldn't look to stay here again. I'll also add that the breakfast buffet gave me severe food poisoning, for which I've now been five days on antibiotics for. I'm not trying to complain or gripe, but again, for the price paid, I shouldn't have gotten this sick. I'm sure other resorts have similar problems, and I'm not angry or upset about it (honestly it's SE Asia, it happens), but I shouldn't be spending a lot of money and then also be frustrated with the food / get sick from it. They can do better, and aren't. 7/10 overall.

素敵な所でした
情報が少なかったけど思い切って宿泊して良かったです オーシャンフロントのヴィラはイメージ通り素敵でした 多少施設の老朽化は感じましたが特に問題は無し エアコンなどの効きが良く室内は快適 冷蔵庫もしっかり冷えました 朝食は普通 ベトナム料理は少な目でフォーがあるぐらい 味噌汁はありました 週末はベトナム人が多く混雑しましたが週明けは空いて快適にモーニング ディナーのレストランは二ヶ所 平日はブルーロブスターの一軒しか開いてません インルームダイニングのメニューも同じなので多少困ります 隣のモーベンピックホテルのレストランも徒歩で利用可能ですので工夫次第でどうにかなります スパは綺麗で施術する方も丁寧で気持ち良かったです スタッフさんも親切で全体的に満足の滞在になりました

조식 시간은 7:00~10:30이라서 아침 일찍 골프장을 가야할 경우에는 조식을 먹기는 좀 힘들었어요. 대신 10:30까지라서 늦은 아침을 먹기에는 좋은 시간이에요. 하루에 2번 시내로 나가는 무료 셔틀 버스가 있어서 좋았어요. 차로 40분정도 가야 하는 거리이고 나트랑 센터에서 내려줘요. 택시비가 50~60만동 정도 되는 거리에요. 12시쯤 한번 있고 4:15분에 있는데, 4:15 셔틀 타고 나가서 구경하다가 저녁 먹고 오기 좋았어요. 체크인 할때 2시에 룸 정비 안되어 있다고 30분정도 기다렸어요. 트윈베드 요청했는데 킹베드 줬구요. 호텔스 닷컴 VIP Access 서비스 중에 1회 무료 스파 이용권이 있었는데 프론트 직원이 전혀 모르고 있었고 제가 직접 리조트 예약부로 이메일 보내서 확인 받아야 해서 불편했어요. 그리고 1회 무료 스파라고 했는데, 1회 사우나 무료 사용권이었어요. 키즈룸은 따로 아이들을 위한 스케쥴이 없고 아이들이 놀거 거의 없어요. 그냥 그림 그리기 정도 가능하고 몇시간 놀 정도는 아니에요. 스케줄이 좀더 알차고 놀아주는 프로그램이 있다면 좋을꺼 같아요;;

호텔이 깔끔했고 조식도 아주 좋았다. 골프 보증금 문제로 골프장에 연락해야 했는데 나의 고충을 이해하고 골프장에 적극적으로 의견을 전달하여 환불받도록 도와주었다.(참고로 이 호텔을 통해서 골프장예약을 하지는 않았다.) 단한가지 아쉬운건 나뜨랑 시내와 떨어져있어 시내를 다니기가 불편하였다.(셔틀버스가 하루 2회 있지만 호텔로 돌아오는 두번째 셔틀버스 시간이 너무 빨라서 저녁을 먹고는 셔틀버스를 탈 수가 없다. )

Beautiful place that kept giving us pleasant surprises along the way! I did not know until we got there that what we booked put us at the “exec” level which gave us a list of perks that we were able to enjoy very much -the 30 minute massage which was amazing ! , access to the second level of blu lobster with delicious finger foods and drinks, and complimentary shuttle rides! The villa was very cute and Sun rise was a beautiful restaurant to enjoy breakfast in the morning. Staff were extremely great and were so on top of our schedule — everyone has good notes and knew what time to get us and communicated everything to us very clearly and kindly. Thank you for making my first visit to Cam Ranh so wonderful!

今回、1bed roomビィラに宿泊したが、施設も新しくて綺麗で、とにかく素晴らしかった。朝食も種類が多くて美味しかったですし、プランについていた無料マッサージや、ラウンジ利用も良かった。帰りは空港まで送迎してくれて助かりました。プールの水も綺麗で子供達も楽しんでいました。風が強くて波が高く、海で遊べなかったのは残念でしたが、また季節を改めてリピートします!!

新築ホテルで全てが清潔でした。 ベッドのマットレスがとても快適で、家族全員安眠でした。 ブルーロブスターというレストランの食事がとても美味しかったです。食材も美味しいですが、調理がとても上手です。手作りパンもとても美味しかったです。

Everything was Excellent! Location, service, staff, food, our Villa was very nice, the hotel offers some free drinks, the Spa also was good. I will back soon the beach was awesome clean, and the pools were nice too. Because we stayed in a Villa we got our own swimming pool. There wasn’t a lot of people at the resort. My family enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend the resort.

픽업 부분을 확인을 하였으나 차량이 없어서 난감하였고 돌아온 답변은 택시 객실또한 처음에는 호텔층으로 주었고 체크아웃날짜또한 잘못 되어있었음 수정후 바로 조치는 되었으나 숙소에 샤워브스는 찬물이 나오고 욕조는 물이 나오지 않아서 다음날 짐을 다시 정리하고 옮기고 한국어가 전혀 안되다보니 여러불편사항을 전달할수가 없었음
