"Great hotel for families- the facilities are great ( beach, pools, slides, kids club) and the food was also good (understandably repetitive as we stayed 11 nights).
The spa was a bit disappointing for the price so we found several local alternatives that collect and drop from the hotel and give great massage at an excellent price albeit in less luxurious settings.
Staff were generally very friendly and helpful. A big thanks to Mr Quang and Miss Duyen in the restaurant as both were incredibly attentive. The GM, Sean was also very nice and stopped by for a chat a few times.
Our interconnecting family rooms on the third floor was an excellent setup in terms of layout. We had some issues with plumbing/smells in one bathroom but they tried to fix it quickly once we highlighted the issue.
Proximity to the airport is great. Beach is beautiful with the sun rising above. Live music at dinner each evening was really enjoyable and our kids loved it.
The level of supervision in the kids club was a bit disappointing but part of the challenge is that many staff members have limited English We were also surprised to have to pay for many craft activities like painting a hat and being charged 4X the market price for the hat.
Overall we loved our stay and think the layout of the hotel is one of the best we’ve stayed at and we would definitely recommend it for all kinds of guests."
