'From the moment I arrived, Miss Ten was so friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, quiet and air conditioned. The shower was enclosed, which was a first for me in Vietnam. Water prices from the mini bar were good and she invited me for lunch with her and her family, which I had to decline, but it was a lovely offer. The location is excellent. There are bicycles you can take for a ride around the area. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Hoi An. '

'The location is excellent - only 10 minutes walk from the old town but far enough that you are not in the middle of the hustle and bustle. There are lots of very good dining options within a few minutes walk and also several mini marts if you need groceries or breakfast supplies. The kitchen is well equipped and the combination washer/dryer works well and is much appreciated. There is no reception but the staff is easily and quickly reached by WhatsApp. Only slight downside is a bit of noise as...

'I like many good experiences in this hotel. Most importantly the staff is nice and trustworthy. I did buy ticket of park in front desk and they print it too. Food and beverage is available in hotel. Amenities are complete too. I like the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel and they have glass water bottle in their free water as part of sustainable practice. '

'The main lobby, pool, and room were all clean and beautifully decorated. The location is really great and completely walkable for old town Hoi An. Breakfast options were delicious but portions were small for the price. Huge coffee bar had many choices and everything we tried was delicious and perfectly prepared.'

'We (family with teenagers) stayed for 3 nights and the accommodation was excellent. Located a few houses back from the main street provides a quiet location but close to the old town to get into the hustle and bustle. The family room was spacious with plenty of places to sit other than just the beds. Breakfast was a variety of pastries, breads, cereals, fruits, cheeses, noodles,soups etc and everything was so fresh. The staff went above and beyond. Super friendly and willing to help in any way...

'We were provided with fruit on arrival which was lovely.
Our rooms and bathrooms we’re extremely clean. The triple room with balcony was so spacious although it was too hot to be on the balcony. Room had aircon, fridge, TV and hairdryer. Kettle if requested. Iron and iron board for use downstairs.
Guests are requested to take their shoes off at the main entrance. Slippers are provided to walk to and from your room.
Friendly helpful staff who advised me the hotel is only one year old....

'Det er et familiedrevet homestay i ei lita sidegate ganske nær gamlebyen. Rommet var større enn på de andre hotellene jeg har bodd på, og det var rent og velholdt. Familien som driver Coco Viet er veldig hyggelig og hjelpsom. Litt ujevne, men tilstrekkelige ferdigheter i engelsk.
