'As we arrived late we had to do the auto check in via the lodge keypad, they keypad didn’t quite work for us as expected but the staff on site soon came to our rescue. The property is lovely and is finished to a premium standard, unfortunately we didn’t have time to eat in the restaurant but the menu looked good, we would definitely stay here again if we were in the vicinity. '

'Very comfortable and friendly place. Parking can be difficult depending on time you arrive. I arrived late but found parking 1min walk around corner (free till 9am) which was fine. Single bed was very comfortable and the room was a good size and very clean as was the shared bathroom (which was huge, plenty of space to shower and change). Lovely lady greeted me, took details showed me around, gave me a bottle of water and advised/helped me with every aspect of my stay- very helpful. Overall good...

'Had a very comfortable stay in the hideaway. The steep steps up to the bedroom were not as tricky as I had anticipated. Was a very hot weekend, temperatures 30 degrees but fans provided and did a good job maintaining a comfortable temperature. Just stayed one night, would have found the low sloping ceiling in the bedroom frustrating if staying for a long time. A very well equipped place.'
