'The property is filling in the pool with cement or some kind of drit or sand. It is an out door pool that isn't going to be used with the why it looked to use cause it looked like they was filling it with something.'

'The rating on this property is very misleading. This place is a dive and i did not stay there, because i did not want to put my family in jeopardy of running into some meth head that lives at this property. The reason they dont offer a refund is because its way of them keeping the money without anyone staying there. One room I was shown had a bubbled floor and cuts all in the vinyl flooring and stunk to high heaven, like it had been flooded and not properly repaired. This place is a joke.'

'Hotel policy is new towels, fill shampoo etc. and make bed on day 2 and 4. Anything else needs to be requested. Ridiculous for the price. I was alone so I managed even though on late on day 2 I had to ask for towels from another housekeeper and on day 4 ask someone again. What about families? No vacuuming, no toilet cleaning, no clean bed linens? Should be automatically done.'

'First off the price I was given when I reserved the room was less than what I actually paid! After I reserved the room I called the hotel to double check that my room had a Jacuzzi (that's the only reason I booked this hotel in the first place), when I got there my room had no Jacuzzi! Said it had water damage. Didn't give me a discount price since the room I reserved a week ahead wasn't ready. Room wasn't clean. Owner was extremely rude!'

'Quick trip to tour, Bethel University, and University of Tennessee of Martin. Beautiful house, quiet and convenient location. 5 min drive to most of the restaurants. Whole house was clean, The beds are all soft and comfortable. And the water pressure was amazing. We didn’t want to leave They had a variety of coffees and teas to try.
