Gregg is always easily accessible, abundantly clear on the check-in and check out parameters, the property is well kept/cozy and clean. The place itself is great but it’s always good to know that you have a host who is accessible as well as responsible. 10 out of 10 recommend.'

'It was a wonderful price for a really nice place! It has three great size bedrooms, the top loft is really cool. The kitchen and living room area is small but clean and modern and nicely decorated. The host has excellent communication. I would definitely rebook in the future. '

'My husband and I attended a concert at Lincoln Financial Field and this apartment had everything we needed. It took us about 25 minutes to get to the Field and that was sitting in traffic. The location was excellent for the event. Free designated parking is definitely an added bonus. In the mornings we walked to Dunkin Donuts for coffee and treats even though a coffee pot was provided. We ate at an excellent Indian restaurant within a mile, and we cooked some in the apartment also. ...

'We really enjoyed our stay at Steve's place. He was a communicative and thoughtful host--he provided coffee, snacks and even left drinks in the fridge for us and for our young daughter. The neighborhood was quiet and close to a beautiful park by the river. We also had an easy drive to Sesame place the next day. 'Property was perfect for a weekend getaway with my siblings to see a Phillies game. Property was exactly as depicted in photos. Very clean. Nicely decorated. Well stocked with coffee and tea options. Bedrooms are perfect size with comfortable mattress and bedding. TV’s in every room. Location was surprisingly very quiet.
