'The hotel is perfectly situated in the old town of Lisbon, on walking distance from most sightseeing points. Easy to get around the city, public transport is very easy. People are welcoming. The staff of the hotel is very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself deserves their 4-star approach! A hotel I'd love to go back to for my next visit to Lisbon.'

'It’s always a pleasure to return to the Pestana Palace. There is always a warm welcome and the concierge and reception staff are excellent. It’s the beginning of the season so the waiting and room service staff aren’t 100% on top of things yet, but overall it’s still a lovely hotel. '
