'The air conditioner leaked the entire time. Their fix was to put a rug where it dripped which was right in the walkway to the bathroom. The food was pretty expensive compared to the rest of the area nearby. The roads to the resort caused us to wreck and also I heard there was three other wrecks the same week. The pools are all empty and although the staff worked on one everyday, we never were able to swim in the pools. The island is beautiful of course but that isn’t really the resorts...

'The room was clean, staff was friendly. Warm water during afternoon air-conditioning was great. The hotel is directly on the beach nice and quiet. I'd recommend bringing small children since the ocean isn't very deep a giant flat without sea urchins or grass. '

'Very nice hotel to stay. Staff was very helpfull. Wifi was a big issue. No connection at room during daytime. Sometimes when you had luck you had connection at night. Needs new voucher every 3days! Good connection wifi at poolside and restaurant. Restaurant has good foods, staff is helpfull but empty plates stay long at the table when finished. '

'The property is beautiful and the owners are amazing people. I felt like I was living in my new home in the province, with the local wildlife included (unfortunately). The Mickey Mouse bed sheets will be the topic of conversation for a lifetime (thank you for that), but having my own refrigerator and kitchen meant everything. The 80 stairs from the road are no joke, but the rest area on step 46 is well shaded and the views are worth the effort. This is not a big chain luxury hotel but is more...
