'The Brixley House was great, well decorated and spotless. The location was excellent, in the middle of Kerrville and close to everything. The property itself was very quiet but was only one block off the main thoroughfare. Check-in was effortless and our hosts were very communicative, with great restaurant recommendations. We would definitely stay at Brixley House again!'

'We stayed at this place for 4th of July. Was not the holiday weekend any one was expecting but the trip was still good. Far away enough from the river to not have issues during the flood. Rental had lots to do even when we were stuck inside most of the day cause of the storm. Robin was very communicative. During the flooding she personally called to check on us. Would recommend this rental 10/10'

'We absolutely loved the property! It was perfect for baseball families traveling for a tournament and wanting to stay together. The only issue we had was getting ahold of the property manager. We reached out through VRBO and the direct number provided in the house and never heard back. '

'Beautiful, cozy rental. Everything was super clean, and owner/management had thought of every detail a visitor might need. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return next year. We particularly enjoyed morning coffee sitting out on the nice back covered porch: comfy outdoor chairs and privacy of the pretty little backyard! Lovely quiet neighborhood!'

'This was my second time staying here, and it was absolutely perfect again. It is an incredible vintage time capsule but with 21st century HVAC and wifi. I spent half my stay sharing photos of all the fun and fascinating ranch house design elements and decor. Highly recommend this property for relaxation, bird watching, and peace and quiet.'
