'House is super cute and was much bigger than expected. Owner of property is very strict with the 2 people count even though there is space for two blow up mattresses. That part was kind of annoying honestly because some families may be more than two and have young kids with them but other than that it was a great stay. Owner also made comments about us keeping the place clean like we were animals. His approach and delivery needs improvement. Thank you.'

'Quiet and peaceful place to stay. Not exactly on the Frio as described (way across a field) though no water anyway. Very nice back patio. . Great place for day trips to Garner and Lost Maples. Could have better check in instructions.'
