Typically not available in person but we have staff who can attend the property if your require anything. If you require any assistance, please do not call the host number, as our property manager, Retreat Vacation Rentals, will be best suited to address your concerns. NOTE: There are external cameras on the property for security purposes. The home has a ring cameras at the front door as side deck/driveway. It is triggered by motion and sends short video recordings. Cameras are only on the exterior.
- Smoking is prohibited; evidence of smoking indoors will be subject to a fee of $250
- Be respectful of neighbours; Quiet hours observed between 10:00pm to 8 am.
- No pets unless arranged directly with host prior; fee may apply.
- Please park one side per unit; otherwise, street parking is usually also available.
- Please do not use candles in the home.
- No parties or events; evidence of such could cause your booking to be cancelled and a fee applied.
